Description
The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified and licensed engineering firms to provide design and engineering services for the replacement of the City Hall Emergency Standby Power System. The project involves two phases: Phase 1 includes assessment of the existing electrical system to identify deficiencies and recommend remedies; Phase 2 involves design and preparation of construction documents, bidding, and construction support based on Phase 1 findings. The system must be reliable, resilient, and engineered to withstand the coastal environment, providing uninterrupted backup power to critical facilities including server rooms. The work will be performed at the City Hall / Civic Center campus located at 30940 Hawthorne Blvd., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
