Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals to plan and execute the annual Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP) maintenance shutdown for the Cambi B64 THP at the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility. The selected firm will provide OEM-qualified personnel and services to safely remove the THP from service, perform cleaning, inspection, preventive maintenance, authorized repairs, and return the system to operation. The firm may also provide emergency and on-call assistance support services if requested during the contract term. No guarantee is made regarding the quantity of work to be awarded under any as-needed service contract.
