Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking to purchase a brand name OEM item with a quantity of 40. This Request for Quote (RFQ) #N4215826QE077 is attached. The extended description of CLIN 0001 portion of the RFQ and Attachment 1 Technical Capability Statement describes the specifications for FLEXAUST P/N R-3 in detail. No substitutions are allowed. Attachment 1 Technical Capability Statement must have the box checked yes or no, be dated and signed, or your offer will not be considered. The RFQ must be filled in, signed, and dated or your offer will not be considered. This is a 100% Small Business set aside procurement.
All offers must be comprehensive in price to include shipping and all other costs. Additional costs will not be added later.
