The City of Columbus Division of Fleet Management is seeking qualified contractors to provide diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag commercial mowing equipment under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA). - Government Buyer: - City of Columbus, Division of Fleet Management - OEM Highlight: - Scag (manufacturer of the commercial mowing equipment) - Products and Services Requested: - Diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag commercial mowing equipment - Includes engine diagnostics and repair, gasoline and propane fuel system diagnostics and repair, electrical and hydraulic system repairs, hydrostatic drive and transmission repairs, preventive maintenance, and replacement of worn or failed components - All replacement parts must be new Scag OEM parts or OEM-approved replacements unless otherwise authorized - Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, diagnostic equipment, transportation, and incidental materials - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must have demonstrated experience servicing Scag commercial mowing equipment - Technicians must be qualified and have access to current Scag OEM service information and diagnostic tools - All repairs require prior written authorization and must comply with manufacturer specifications - No guaranteed minimum quantity of work; total expenditure capped at $50,000 - Estimated Contract Value: - Not to exceed $50,000 aggregate - Work is authorized via purchase orders as needed

Description

The solicitation is for diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag equipment under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for the City of Columbus Division of Fleet Management. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials necessary to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test Scag equipment. Services include engine diagnostics and repair, fuel system diagnostics, electrical system repair, preventive maintenance, and replacement of worn or failed components. The estimated aggregate expenditure under this agreement shall not exceed $50,000 during the contract term, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work. Repairs require prior authorization and must use new OEM or OEM-approved parts unless otherwise authorized.
