Description

The solicitation is for diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for Scag equipment under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for the City of Columbus Division of Fleet Management. The contractor will provide labor, supervision, tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials necessary to inspect, diagnose, repair, and test Scag equipment. Services include engine diagnostics and repair, fuel system diagnostics, electrical system repair, preventive maintenance, and replacement of worn or failed components. The estimated aggregate expenditure under this agreement shall not exceed $50,000 during the contract term, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work. Repairs require prior authorization and must use new OEM or OEM-approved parts unless otherwise authorized.
