Description
The City of Banning is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for the phased modernization and expansion of its Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and recycled water facilities. The project aims to upgrade the existing WWTP to meet new water quality standards, increase capacity from 3.6 MGD to approximately 4.8 MGD, and produce Title 22 recycled water. The scope includes engineering design, permitting, bidding support, construction services, technical reports, project management, environmental support, and development of SCADA and instrumentation systems. Optional Phase II includes reverse osmosis and brine management planning.
