Description

 Housekeeping services will provide cleaning of administrative offices and the district work center to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The contractor will accomplish all cleaning tasks according to the provided cleaning frequency tables. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial practices. Total approximate square footage of the district office is 4000sqft. The flooring is mostly carpeted with some laminate flooring and tiles. The work center, which is approximately 1000sqft, is mostly concrete.
