Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Okechamp B.V. did not make bona fide sales of certain preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands during the period of review from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. As a result, Commerce intends to rescind the antidumping duty administrative review with respect to Okechamp, the sole respondent. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review is conducted under the antidumping duty order on preserved mushrooms from the Netherlands.
