Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain magnesia carbon bricks from the People's Republic of China for the period September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025. The rescission is due to the absence of reviewable suspended entries for the companies subject to this review. This means no entries of subject merchandise were found during the period of review, so no administrative review will be conducted. The current cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until further notice.
