Description

The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on small vertical shaft engines from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews follow an adequate domestic interested party response and an inadequate respondent interested party response. The Commission will conduct expedited reviews and has extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the case. Written comments are invited from interested parties and others by specified deadlines.
