Description

The Department of Commerce initiated the fourth sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on carbazole violet pigment 23 (CVP-23) from India and China. No domestic interested party responded to the sunset review notice, leading Commerce to revoke the antidumping duty orders on CVP-23 from these countries. The revocation is effective August 7, 2026, and entries of subject merchandise prior to this date remain subject to suspension of liquidation and antidumping deposit requirements. The scope includes CVP-23 in various forms but excludes pigment dispersions.
