The Southwest Regional Recreation Authority, operating as Spearhead Trails, is seeking bids for a Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) compliant appraisal of six parcels totaling approximately 180 acres in Wise County, Virginia. The appraisal must be UASFLA compliant from the outset and not adapted from another appraisal. An independent appraisal review will be arranged separately by SRRA, which is outside the contractor's scope. The contractor's appraisal report must comply with UASFLA and provide sufficient documentation to support independent technical review and approval.
