Description

The Coast Guard proposes to change the operating schedule for the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) drawbridge crossing the San Bernard River near Brazoria, TX. The drawbridge is proposed to be operated remotely 24 hours a day from the UPRR Train Dispatch Center in Spring, TX, replacing the onsite bridge tender.
