The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, under the U.S. Navy, is soliciting quotes for decorative laminate sheets for shipyard use. - Government Buyer: U.S. Navy, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard - OEMs Highlighted: Wilsonart and Arborite - Products Requested: - Arborite/Wilsonart Metalcore decorative laminate, 1570-958 White, matte finish (16 sheets) - Arborite/Wilsonart Metalcore decorative laminate, 7054-958 Wild Cherry, matte finish (140 sheets) - Wilsonart high-pressure plastic laminated sheet, fire retardant grade, 7919-60 Wild Cherry, matte finish (60 sheets) - All laminates must meet MIL-P-17171 physical and fire performance standards - Sheets must be packaged flat on a skid (not rolled) - Vendors must provide country of origin and manufacturer details for each item - 100% Small Business Set-Aside; compliance with all technical and submission requirements is mandatory

Description

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing laminate sheets IAW attached documents (Notes: Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item & If not the actual manufacturer- Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size must be provided) . 

NOTE: ALL SHEET LAMINATE TO BE PACKAGED FLAT ON A SKID AND NOT ROLLED " OR RECEIVING WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT.

NOTE: OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED PROVISIONS 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 2S2.204-7016, AND 252.204-7019AND INCLUDE THE COMPLETED PROVISIONS WITH THEIR OFFER.

All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, Cage Code, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the NAICS Code, whether or not your company prefers payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Please note that the Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements.
