Description
The City of Newport Beach is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide software solutions for business license processing, short-term lodging permitting, and transient occupancy tax reporting. The software should support business license application processing, annual renewals, short-term lodging permitting and management, and transient occupancy tax collection for short-term rentals and hotels. The contract is proposed for three years with options for two additional one-year renewals. The City may make multiple awards and proposers can bid on one or more of the three service areas.
