Description

Kershaw County is seeking planning services to develop a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Safety Action Plan aimed at reducing and eliminating severe injury and fatality crashes on all roadways within the County. The scope includes data collection, existing conditions analysis, public and stakeholder engagement, equity analysis, policy assessment, project identification, and implementation of a system for measuring progress. The plan must comply with the FY2025 SS4A Notice of Funding Opportunity and involve robust community engagement and collaboration with public and private stakeholders.
