Description

The City is requesting proposals for City-Wide Utility Repair Services on an as-needed basis, including both emergency and non-emergency work on the utility infrastructure owned and operated by the City. The scope includes repairs to the water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, stormwater utility, and associated street repair and restoration. Work will be performed under a continuing services contract in accordance with the plans, specifications, terms, and conditions in the Invitation to Bid.
