Description
Tarrant County is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of the New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center located at 1005 Scotland Avenue, Azle, TX 76020. The facility will include an Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Fleet Building, Covered Storage, Fuel Island, and Covered Parking Areas. The Construction Manager at Risk will act as the general contractor, assuming the risk for construction at the contracted price and providing consultation to the Owner during and after any redesign of the project. The selection process will be a one-step process to select the Construction Manager at Risk firm.
