RFI for Digital Instructional Resources and Professional Learning for Six CTE Courses

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) is seeking information from vendors about providing digital instructional resources for six Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses. - Government Buyer: - Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) - Products/Services Requested: - Digital, standards-aligned instructional resources for: - Digital Imaging (800 student licenses) - Digital Media (1,000 student licenses) - Digital Publishing (500 student licenses) - Video Communications II (600 student licenses) - Video Communications III (200 student licenses) - Web Design (300 student licenses, including Dreamweaver content) - Certification preparation materials for each course - Professional learning for teachers (virtual, synchronous and asynchronous sessions, including certification opportunities) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Digital resources must integrate with DoWEA's Learning Management System (LMS) - Support for single sign-on (SSO) - Estimated student enrollments provided for each course - Professional learning must focus on pedagogical best practices and platform knowledge - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - No part numbers or brands are specified

Description

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) seeks information on how an interested contractor can provide standards-aligned digital resources for students for each course listed above as well as related professional learning and technical support. DoWEA expects to make one award.  The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov in the December-January timeframe.  The anticipated period of performance is March 2027 – March 2032.

This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning and does not constitute a request for quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. 

The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; i.e., all costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely the responder’s responsibility.  Not responding to the RFI does not preclude a contractor from responding to a future RFQ/RFP.  If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website.  Potential responders are responsible to monitor the relevant site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
