Description

The City of Terrell is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide counseling and coaching services. The scope includes an entrance conference with City Management, an assessment of the work environment and employee dynamics within a workgroup of 10 to 12 individuals, and a summary of the assessment to the City Manager's Office. Based on recommendations, the provider may offer coaching and other services to strengthen the team and maintain a positive work environment. Executive coaching and counseling to identified City staff members may also be provided as authorized by City Management.
