Description

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from prequalified consultants to prepare a Route 41 Corridor and Community Visioning Plan. The approximately 10-mile study corridor extends from the Pennsylvania-Delaware state line in Kennett Township to the northern boundary of Londonderry Township, covering five municipalities. The project aims to develop a unified vision for the corridor, advance multimodal transportation strategies, and create implementable plans that support economic development, community vitality, and transportation investments. The work includes project management, existing conditions assessment, community engagement, corridor character area development, transportation strategy, implementation planning, and final plan preparation. Proposals are due by September 18, 2026, and the project must be completed by June 30, 2028.
