Nassau County Public Works is seeking qualified vendors for comprehensive landscape management and irrigation maintenance along a 10-mile median corridor of State Road 200 (A1A): - Government Buyer: - Nassau County Board of County Commissioners, Public Works Department - Scope of Work: - Median landscape management and irrigation maintenance for a major highway corridor - Services include turf mowing, mechanical edging, litter and debris removal, manual and chemical weeding, mulching, shrub and tree pruning, tree canopy elevation, and irrigation system maintenance - Emergency post-storm recovery services required, with rapid mobilization after severe weather events - Compliance with FDOT safety and environmental standards, including traffic control and stormwater pollution prevention - Performance audits and liquidated damages for non-compliance - Products and Quantities: - Large quantities of landscape plants (e.g., 6,041 Liriope muscari, 3,601 Serenoa repens, 2,141 Zamia floridana) - Trees including Southern Magnolia, Densa Slash Pine, Chickasaw Plum, Cathedral Live Oak, and Cabbage Palm (various sizes) - Irrigation system components: potable water meters, backflow preventers, controllers, weather sensors, valves, directional bores, mainlines, lateral lines, pop-up heads, bubblers, drip emitters, and dripline - Traffic control and safety equipment: work zone signs, channelizing devices, barricades, message signs, arrow boards - Notable Requirements: - Ability to respond to emergency situations within 12 hours post-storm - Adherence to detailed technical specifications for plant material, irrigation, and safety - All technical and field operations as detailed in the RFP - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; opportunity is open to all qualified landscape and irrigation service providers

Nassau County is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide median landscape management and irrigation maintenance services for the SR 200 10-mile corridor.
