Description

The City of Lake Forest is seeking qualified vendors to provide Street Banner Printing and Installation Services for the City Branding Project. The scope includes design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, removal, storage, cleaning, and return of banners. The contract duration is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029, with options to extend up to two additional one-year terms. Vendors must comply with all permits, safety, and traffic control requirements and respond within 48 hours for repairs or replacements. All banners and hardware produced will be the property of the City.
