Pipe Class III - 110 SY standard bedding material, Class A - Multiple removals: headwall, curb/gutter, asphalt pavement, drainage inlets, concrete driveway, sidewalk, existing pipe - 1499 LF sawing pavement, 20 LF remove/reconstruct fence, 99 LF concrete flume with variable curb - 1 mobilization, 1 traffic control - Notable Requirements: - Completion required within 180 calendar days from work order issuance - Liquidated damages of $1,500 per day for late completion - Contractor responsible for all construction surveying and staking - Bonds and insurance required; project is not tax-exempt - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; standard civil construction materials and products are specified - All plans, specifications, and addenda are available online; bidders must register as suppliers to participate
