Description

This solicitation is for the Ada County Treatment Services Landscape Redesign & Loading Dock Project. The work includes removal of the existing landscape berm surrounding portions of the building, site re-grading to improve drainage, and redesign of the landscape and irrigation system using low-maintenance, water-efficient materials. The scope also involves sacking of concrete walls after berm removal and rehabilitation of adjacent concrete surfaces, including the loading dock on the north side of the building. An add-alternate is included for removal of existing stem walls surrounding the building.
