Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals for roofing repairs, maintenance, replacement, waterproofing services, and supplies. The scope includes alteration, modification, and maintenance of roofing systems and equipment. Vendors must not be associated with proprietary sales or linked to distributors or manufacturers when providing services. The contract may be awarded to multiple proposers or a single proposer at the district's discretion, with an initial term from October 2026 to October 2028 and two successive two-year renewal terms.
