The Regina Public Library (RPL) is seeking proposals for flooring replacement at its Central Library branch. - Government Buyer: - Regina Public Library, Central Library - Contact: Brian Klenk, Director of Facilities, Infrastructure and Services - OEMs and Vendors: - Kinetex (specified for carpet tile) - Products/Services Requested: - Remove and replace carpet on Upper Mezzanine (approx. 3,240 sq ft) and Main Floor (approx. 9,900 sq ft) with Kinetex Carpet Tile (24 x 24, Urban Avenue or Catalyst) - Remove and replace carpet with sheet lino flooring (approx. 410 sq ft) on part of the Main Floor to match existing lino - Flooring colors to be determined after award - Flooring removal and installation services, with work split between daytime and after-hours as required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Supplies must be delivered daily before 9:45 am; no loading/unloading while the library is open - Some work may need to be completed after hours (8:30 pm to 8:00 am) - Comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $5 million required - Letter of Good Standing from Saskatchewan WCB required - Pricing must be provided separately for day and after-hours work - Mandatory site visit prior to proposal submission
