The Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking an annual agreement for plumbing maintenance and repair services as needed from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 for the Mitchem-Sparks Regional Diagnostic Laboratory (Boaz Lab) located at 1833 Industrial Blvd., Boaz, AL 35957. Services include but are not limited to repairs and maintenance of toilets, sinks, hot water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures. The supplier must be a licensed plumber and the department reserves the right to request a copy of the plumber's license. The solicitation includes pricing for various scopes of service such as service calls, hourly rates for regular and after-hours work, drain cleaning, equipment rental, and parts and materials.
