The U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force at Patrick Space Force Base are seeking a contractor to deliver group aerobic fitness classes at the Patrick SFB Fitness Center. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Patrick Space Force Base Fitness Center - U.S. Space Force, Patrick Space Force Base Fitness Center - Services Requested: - Up to 500 group aerobic fitness classes per contract year - Classes include Yoga, HIIT, Power Cycle, Cardio/Pop Dance, Pilates, Total Body Pump, Body Conditioning, Cardio Kick Boxing, Step, Family Fitness, Extreme Condition Program Training, and Zumba - Classes scheduled Monday-Friday, 0500-2000 hours, 45-60 minutes each - Contractor must supply qualified, nationally certified instructors with CPR/AED/First Aid credentials - Contractor provides portable sound systems, headsets, tools, materials, supervision, and manages scheduling and quality control - Unique Requirements: - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) structure allows flexible ordering by Government Purchase Card users - Service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside - Pricing per class required; prices must remain firm for 60 days from offer receipt - Potential for up to five years of performance (one base year plus four option years) - No specific OEMs or product vendors are named; focus is solely on service provision

Description

This requirement is for group aerobic classes at the Patrick SFB Fitness Center. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supervision for up to 500 classes per contract year as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) which allows the customer flexibility that a fixed contract does not. Contractors should note that this is only an Agreement to provide the requested services and does not obligate the Government to any extent. A BPA allows authorized Government Purchase Card (GPC) users to call and make a request when there is a need for services outlined in the BPA.  Additional information regarding use of the BPA will be provided to the contractor upon award.
