Description
The Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation (DSCI) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to develop and/or customize financial education curriculum and provide financial education facilitation services for Maryland Corps and Service Year Option Members. Services include curriculum development, in-person financial education training, Success Coach training, program coordination, attendance reporting, and recommendations for continuous program improvement. The award will be made on a best-value basis in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Proposals. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
