Description
The City of Sacramento is seeking a qualified Third-Party Claims Administrator (TPA) to provide comprehensive administration of general and automobile liability claims on the City's behalf. The contractor will manage all aspects of claims including intake, investigation, compliance, reserve management, settlements, litigation coordination, and communication with excess insurance carriers. The TPA will maintain electronic claims records, manage the City's claims system and trust account, prepare reports, and provide access to claims data while ensuring compliance with public records requirements. The contractor will also support the City by attending mediations, court hearings, and meetings, maintaining 24/7 emergency response capabilities, and providing professional claims expertise throughout the contract.
