Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is soliciting bids for warehousing, transporting, preparing, and mailing services of vehicle/trailer license plates, disabled person placards, off highway vehicle (OHV) sticker license plates, partial year registration (PYR) decals, Commercial Vehicle Registration Act (CVRA) decals, registration certificates, and identification (ID) cards. The awarded contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform these services. The contract term is thirty-six months. Bids must be submitted via email only by August 26, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT.
