Description

The University at Buffalo intends to procure seventy-two (72) custom front-load, three-stream waste and recycling receptacles, each with a capacity of 55 gallons per section and an aggregate capacity of 165 gallons, along with associated white glove services including receiving, delivery, and installation. This procurement is conducted under New York State Finance Law § 163(6) and Education Law § 355(5)(a) and is limited to New York State-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs). Vendors may offer the described receptacles or approved equivalents that meet or exceed specifications. The contract is a one-time purchase upon issuance of a Purchase Order.
