Description
The Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority (ECFSA) is seeking proposals from accounting firms experienced in public finance and New York State public benefit corporation accounting to perform audits of the financial statements of the Authority. The selected firm will also advise the Authority on an as-needed basis regarding accounting questions. The contract duration is three years, beginning with the 2027 fiscal year engagement. Proposals must be submitted by September 4, 2026, and the Authority anticipates making a final decision by the fourth week of October 2026.
