MTA Bridges & Tunnels (MTA B&T) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide, operate, and maintain a back office system for the MTA B&T Automated Enforcement Programs (AEP). The system must be fully integrated with the existing Weigh in Motion (WIM) roadside system at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge, with interfaces to NYC Department of Finance and MTA Systems. The contract includes options for expansion to additional B&T bridges including Bronx Whitestone, Marine Parkway, Cross Bay, Throgs Neck, and Verrazano-Narrows, as well as system expansion for MTA B&T Work Zone Speed Enforcement (AWZSE) operations. The contract term is 6 years with funding 100% operating and includes goals for MBE, WBE, and SDVOB participation.
