Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) seeks proposals from qualified organizations, preferably Non-Profit, to establish, implement, operate, and sustain Narcan (Naloxone) vending machines and Naloxboxes. The project also includes establishing a public website that shows where Narcan is available within Rockland County. The contract term is 5 years and the solicitation is issued by Rockland County General Services Division.
