Description

The City of Holladay is seeking qualified firms or teams to conduct a comprehensive feasibility analysis for public works services currently provided under contract to Salt Lake County. The analysis will evaluate alternative models for service provision including direct, hybrid, interlocal agreements, and continued contracted provision. The study will assess costs, financial sustainability, risks, and produce written reports and presentations. Proposals must be submitted digitally by August 21, 2026, and will be evaluated based on project approach, budget, experience, and qualifications.
