NAVFAC EURAFCENT, part of the U.S. Navy, is seeking proposals for multi-discipline professional support services across its Europe, Africa, and Central (EURAFCENT) area of responsibility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Europe Africa Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) - Office: NAVFACSYSCOM EUROPE AFRICA CENTRAL - Scope of Services: - Engineering Technician (ET) services: construction quality assurance, safety compliance, plan reviews, progress monitoring, materials testing, and document control (12 positions) - Construction Manager (CM) services: contract enforcement, schedule and budget monitoring, quality control, dispute resolution, invoice validation, and project closeout (12 positions) - Functional Administrative Support (FA): office automation, clerical support, records management, base access, reception, and HR assistance (12 positions) - Design Architect (DA): architectural design, code compliance, design reviews, and project management at headquarters in Naples, Italy (12 positions) - Project Planner (PP): facilities and master planning, host nation coordination, stakeholder engagement at headquarters in Naples, Italy (12 positions) - Other Direct Costs: travel-related expenses - Locations: Multiple ROICC offices in Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Romania, and headquarters in Naples, Italy - No OEMs or physical products are specified; the procurement is strictly for professional and technical services - Notable Requirements: - Only SEAPORT MAC holders are eligible to compete - Personnel must be ready within 30 days of contract start - Services span construction management, quality assurance, planning, and administrative support

Description

The primary responsibilities of this contract are to support Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) offices by providing construction management, quality assurance, and administrative services for construction contracts in the NAVFAC EURAFCENT (EAC) area of responsibility (AOR). In addition, this contract requires professional architectural design, planning and administrative services for NAVFAC EURAFCENT Headquarters (HQ), located in Naples, Italy. ONLY SEAPORT MAC HOLDERS are eligible for award under this solicitation.
