Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole-Source contract to Perspectum, Inc. The Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a request for LiverMultiScan Consulting Services. The justification for this non-competitive solicitation is that Perspectum, Inc. is the sole source capable of providing the required services, including its proprietary biomarker, cT1, for the VA Medical Center. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers with $19.0 million. The Sole source requirement is for: LiverMultiScan Consulting Services
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and no Solicitation will be issued. Market research has determined that this product is highly specialized and only available from a single source without an unacceptable delay or duplication of cost and no other type of supply will satisfy agency requirements.
