SLV-CB BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICES PRESOLICITATION NOTICEIn accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), The Contracting Officer has decided to solicit quotations directly from suppliers since this acquisition is at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. No solicitation will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM).In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul FAR 5.101(c):(1) Point of contact: Ronda Lucero, at ronda_lucero@ios.doi.gov(2) Set asides: Total Small Business Set-aside (100%)(3) Codes for services or supplies: a. Product Service Code (PSC): Z2AA - Repair or Altering of Office Buildingsb. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS): 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors(4) Description of Requirement(i) The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Albuquerque Area Office, Alamosa Field Division, requires interior touch up and repair services for four upper-level offices at its main office building in Alamosa, Colorado. The work includes limited interior improvements such as surface repairs, refreshed finishes, new flooring installation, and minor ceiling and lighting updates. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the required repairs.Additional information on this requirement is provided in the attached Statement of Work titled ¿Attachment 1 - Draft_SLV-CB Bldg Maint Offices SOW¿(ii) The Government intends to make award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the Government.
