This is an open market competition. Award will be made IAW ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES, and FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
