The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21), is seeking a contractor to provide annual calibration, repair, and training services for Metasys monitoring components at the Fresno VA Medical Center. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Sierra Pacific Network (VISN 21), Network Contracting Office 21 - OEMs and Vendors: - Metasys (highlighted as the system requiring service) - Products/Services Requested: - Annual calibration of air flow, temperature, and humidity sensors in negative pressure rooms and critical hospital areas - Repair services for Metasys monitoring components as needed - Training services for staff on Metasys system operation and maintenance - All materials, labor, and a lead technician with experience in large-scale projects - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Calibration and repair must cover a range of hospital units, including Medical Surgical, ICU, Emergency Department, GI Unit, morgue, Pharmacy Cache, Operating Room, Surgical Processing Service, and Pharmacy USP rooms - Contractor must ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations - Work is to be performed during normal business hours, with after-hours work requiring prior authorization
