Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from entities capable of providing comprehensive compliance and reporting services for California's portion of the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) federal grant program. The selected contractor will assist the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in meeting federal requirements and deadlines, ensuring eligibility for BEAD grant funding. The scope includes ongoing administration, oversight support, telecommunications engineering oversight, development of monitoring tools, compliance checklists, reporting frameworks, risk assessments, and corrective actions. The contractor will ensure full compliance of federal subrecipients with program requirements, federal regulations, and reporting obligations.
