Description

The Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) Facilities Management Service (FMS) staff does not have the manpower or equipment necessary to complete yearly cleaning of catch basin and floor drains. This work is necessary to maintain a sanitary and safe environment and to ensure proper drainage of buildings and grounds.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and tools necessary to complete the following tasks: After each task is complete the contractor will mark the catch basin, manhole, floor drain, and sediment separators with a with a white or green dash-alternating colors each year-to indicate that the contractor is ready for inspection. If the basin, drain, or separator is not clean then the contractor will at their own expense clean it again to the satisfaction of the COR.
