Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, prepared per RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; no separate written document will be issued. This is a one-time service with no prior contract information. Important Submission Note: Offers must be submitted directly through the PIEE Solicitation Module. We will not accept submissions via DoD SAFE, third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites, or proprietary links. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to manage and perform Tent Disassembly, Relocation, and Assembly Services for Garrison ? Fort McCoy, WI, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 15 September 2026 - 31 December 2026. Please be aware that this contract adheres to Service Contract Labor Standards so employees must be paid the stated wages and fringe benefits. Not paying the stated wages (in accordance with FAR 52.222-42) is a violation of Department of Labor regulations. Lastly, the Government will not accommodate post-award requests for equitable adjustments or contract modifications based on a vendors underestimation of performance costs.
