Description

West Chester University is seeking a General Construction Contractor for window, skylight, and entrance door replacement, refurbishment of the existing pergola structure, and modifications to the front entrance roof scupper and downspout at Sykes Student Union, 110 W. Rosedale Ave., West Chester PA 19383. The work includes removal of existing window systems and shades, installation of new aluminum-framed window systems, new skylights, replacement of window shades, new interior and exterior trim, new doors with hardware at three main entrances, and replacement of interior vestibule storefronts and doors at the ground floor coffee shop. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the construction to the satisfaction of the University and its representatives.
