The Department of Veterans Affairs, through its Enterprise Procurement Office, is seeking proposals for a nationwide contract to supply endoscopy irrigation systems and related accessories for VA Medical Centers. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Enterprise Procurement Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Steris (OEM for ENDO STRATUS and ENDOGATOR product lines) - Products/Services Requested: - NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy (new OEM equipment only) - Accessories, consumables, and replacement parts for endoscopy irrigation systems - Manufacturer warranties required on all equipment - 31 specific line items including: - ENDO STRATUS Irrigation Pump (EGA500) - ENDO STRATUS Irrigation Pump & CO2 Insufflator (EGASYST) - ENDOGATOR Irrigation Pump (EGP100) - Various tubing, connectors, adapters, carts, foot pedals, power cords, pump heads, and water bottle holders (multiple Steris part numbers) - DEFENDO Y-OPSY Irrigator and Biopsy Valve Irrigator (100303) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only new OEM equipment is acceptable; no refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items - All products must include manufacturer warranties - 3% Service Level Agreement fee is embedded in pricing - Quarterly sales reporting is required - Vendors must provide descriptive literature and meet salient characteristics for "Steris brand or equal" products - Contract supports both CONUS and OCONUS VA Medical Centers - Requirements contract with firm-fixed price orders - Contract term: 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods (up to five years total)

Page 1 of 3 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C10X26R0030 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy. This acquisition is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Line Items: Refer to ATTACHMENT D_PRICE COST SCHEDULE_NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy for CLINs, quantities, and units of measure. Description of Requirements: Offerors shall provide NX EQ NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy that meet the salient characteristics listed in ATTACHMENT B_PRODUCT DESCRIPTION_ NX EQ Irrigation Systems for Endoscopy. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
