Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0926Q70092825 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Ballistic Shields. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 339999 (All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing). The government intends to award a single purchase order for this requirement.
