Description

The City of Cedar Rapids is soliciting sealed bids electronically for the City Annex Phase 1 Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) project. The project involves the purchase and installation of new furniture, chairs, and tables for the new Annex building located at 101 First Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. All furniture must be delivered and installed before November 15, 2026. Bids will be opened on August 12, 2026, and must be submitted by 11:00 AM Central Time. The City will evaluate bids promptly after opening and will send a bid tabulation summary to all bidders after award.
