The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), SAT Team 1, is seeking to procure specialized road maintenance equipment and installation services for use at two National Wildlife Refuges. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), SAT Team 1 - Office: 5275 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA - OEMs and Vendors: - Bonnell Industries (OEM of the specified road drag base unit) - "Approved equal" products from other manufacturers are also acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - Two (2) road maintainers: Bonnell 312 Road Drag Base Unit or approved equal - Key features: adjustable clevis hitch (20,000 lbs pull), 20' working section with mixing blades, multiple cutting edges, hydraulic lift cylinder, 8000 lb drop leg jack stand, 16" radial tires with high-speed hubs, safety chains - Installation services for both units, including all labor and parts, with no government assistance for unloading or installation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must meet or exceed the specified salient characteristics - Delivery required to two locations: Turnbull NWR (Cheney, WA) and Malheur NWR (Princeton, OR) - Installation must be completed to industry standards - Small business set-aside under NAICS 333998 - Delivery deadline specified; installation included in pricing
