The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is seeking sources for a major hydroelectric generator rewind project at the Eufaula Powerhouse in Oklahoma. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District - Project Scope: - Rewind and refurbishment of three hydroelectric generators - Includes design, manufacturing, testing, disassembly, refurbishment, installation, and commissioning - Products and Equipment: - Prototype coils: design, manufacture, and testing - Three complete sets of stator coils and accessories - Stator core laminations and clamping system for Unit 1 - Machine Condition Monitoring (MCM) equipment for all three units (air gap sensors, shaft runout/vibration sensors, data acquisition, control, programming, calibration, commissioning) - Spare parts for generators - Services Required: - Pre-disassembly mechanical and electrical testing and alignment checks (3 units) - Disassembly of generator units (3 units) - Inspection and refurbishment of bearings - Inspection, cleaning, and testing of rotor pole assemblies and field windings (3 units) - Removal of old stator coils (3 units) - Installation and testing of new stator windings (3 units) - Removal and replacement of stator core for Unit 1 - Inspection, cleaning, and testing of stator cores for Units 2 and 3 - Reassembly and alignment checks (3 units) - Generator efficiency tests (1 unit) - Start-up, commissioning, and model validation tests (3 units) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Full turnkey solution including design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning - Machine Condition Monitoring system installation and integration - Model validation and generator efficiency testing - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named in the notice - Market research is open to both small and large businesses with relevant experience
